Data deletion

To disconnect your account and request deletion of the associated data:

1. Email privacidad@domitienda.co with the subject "Data deletion".
2. Include your company name, tax ID, the email associated with the account and the WhatsApp Business Account ID or connected phone number. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
3. To revoke Domitienda's access to your Meta assets, also remove it in your Meta business portfolio settings. Revoking access in Meta disconnects the integration, but you still need to email us to request deletion of the data Domitienda retains.

We will confirm receipt and, once the request is verified, delete the corresponding data within 30 days, except data we must keep for legal, accounting, tax or claims purposes. We will confirm by email when the process is complete.

The business you messaged is the controller of your data. Ask it directly for access, correction or deletion. If you do not know how to reach it, you can email privacidad@domitienda.co and include your phone number with country code, the business name and the approximate date of the conversation. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed.

Domitienda will forward your request to the responsible business and help it respond. Deletion is subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

You can also withdraw Domitienda's authorization in your Meta business portfolio settings. If Meta lets you request data deletion when removing an app, you can do so there; to make sure we process deletion of the data we retain, also send the email above.

This page is an instructions channel for deletion requests. It is not an automated Meta callback endpoint.
